The Launch of V.O.I.C.E.

Presented by James D. Coppedge, Deputy Principal, youth leader, entrepreneur, and male mentor.  Affectionately titled "V.O.I.C.E. of the Barbershop", which brought young men of color together, "Men of Excellence" at The Renaissance School in Springfield, MA, to share their personal and collective experiences.  At the same time, they were given free haircuts, guidance, and support, while being encouraged to be facilitators and partners in the conversation.
